All of our personnel are adequately trained, professional, dedicated, and committed to their jobs and to our clients’ overall well-being.
In order to give the finest quality of service to all of our clients, we provide ongoing support, training, and expertise of our care services to our personnel. When dealing with our clients, we maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
They are trained in Manual Handling, First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety amongst others. They also need to have attained or in the process of attaining a QCF (former NVQ)in Health and Social Care.
