Our Recruitment Process

We’re looking for motivated and professional people who are passionate about helping people with special needs. We go through several processes while hiring our employees, and we rigorously screen them.

We conduct phone interviews with applicants. If they are satisfied, they will go to step 2, where they will be interviewed face to face. Following this, the necessary documents are asked. The induction training is then completed by the new employees.

We go through this extensive recruitment procedure to ensure that we are hiring the best Nurses, Support Workers, and Carers.
